Every chat in the AI Studio lets you switch between two models. Both draw from the same token balance.
Fast 1× tokens
A quick model for everyday changes: colors, wording, sounds, timing, layout tweaks. A typical edit uses 10,000–30,000 tokens, so 2.5M tokens covers roughly a hundred edits.
Smart 10× tokens
A stronger model for complex scenes, new mini-games or overlays built from scratch. Each token it uses counts ten times, so save it for the edits that need it.
Pricing questions
Do I need to pay to use an overlay?
No. Every overlay in the library is free to use, with its hosted OBS URL, your saved settings and the HTML download. You only pay when you ask the AI to change something.
How do tokens work?
AI edits are billed by the tokens the AI actually reads and writes, so small changes cost less than big ones. Fast counts tokens 1×; Smart counts them 10×. There are no free tokens: buy them as you go, or get a month's tokens with the monthly plan.
What happens if an edit fails?
If a generation fails because of an error on our side, its tokens are refunded automatically.
Do my overlays stop working if I run out of tokens?
No. Overlays you've already made keep working in OBS. You just can't make new AI edits until you top up.
Can I cancel the monthly plan?
Yes, anytime.
Are payments refundable?
Except where the law requires otherwise, payments and tokens are non-refundable and tokens have no cash value. See the Terms of Service for details.
